Student meets with Union Minister

  Aryans  Law  Student meets with Union Minister A National  Law  Conference 2023” organised by Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana on theme “Constitutional Vision for Prabuddha Bharat“. Union Minister of State (I/C) for  Law  & Justice Sh. Arjun Ram Meghwal was Chief Guest. Ravi Shankar Jha, Chief Justice of Punjab and Haryana High Court, Baldev Raj Mahajan, Advocate General of Haryana, Vinod Ghai, Advocate General of Punjab and Satya Pal Jain.   Additional Solicitor General of India were also present on the occasion. The LLB & BA. LLB students of Aryans College of   Law , Rajpura, Newar Chandigarh participated in this conference. Mr Yash, Student of BA-LL.B (3rd sem) from specially interacted with the union minister and present a sketch to minister made by him.

Distt Bar Association & Aryans organizes a seminar on Cyberspace       Emerging Trends in Cyber space” were discussed in a seminar jointly organized by Aryans College of  Law , Rajpura, Near Chandigarh & District Bar Association, Chandigarh (UT). Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh graced the occasion as chief guest while Adv. Bhupinder Rana, Secretary, Distt Bar Association was Guest of Honour. Dr. IK Walia, Assoc. Moot Court Competition

Aryans College of  Law  organises Moot Court Competition   With the aim to provide the practical experience of the Indian Court System & to enhance their advocacy skills  an Intra College Moot Court Competition was organized by Aryans College of  Law , Rajpura, Near Chandigarh. Adv. Bikramjit Passi, President, All India Human Rights, Social Worker graced the occasion as chief guest.   In his valedictory speech, Adv. Passi said, “Such competitions must be encouraged as students get to know the real rush of being a lawyer. It makes sure that the student doesn’t miss out on the practical aspect of the field. Such application and practice of mooting skills would help them in their journey to become lawyers and as lawyers. It is a commendable effort by the team." CM Punjab Bhagwant Mann meets Aryans Law Students

  Mann expressed his affection as Aryans  Law  students presented sketch & recited poems During the launch of E- Bar Council Services: the online facility for services of Bar Council to distribute licenses to new Advocates, Aryans LLB & BA LLB students met with S. Bhagwant Mann, Chief Minister, Punjab.   On the occasion Aryans Law  students presented the self made Sketches to the Chief Minister & also recited the poem written by them. Maan expressed his happiness & blessed the students. He also accepted written poetry from law students. Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group mentioned  that Aryans Group and Bhagwant Mann have a 15-year old bonding. Mann has been a part of various programs of Aryans Group of Colleges for the last 15 years, no matter what position he held.   Dr. Garima Thakur, Deputy Director, Aryans Group; Mrs. Navneet Kaur, Dr. Preetika, Faculty Aryans College of Law along with students were present.

  Constitution Day celebrated by Aryans  Law  Students On the occasion of celebrating 73rd National Constitution Day, Sanjhi Sikhiya in collaboration with the Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana organized a conference on " Law  and Education". LLB & BA. LLB students of Aryans College of  Law , Rajpura, Near Chandigarh participated. The conference started with reading of the Preamble.   Aryans  Law  Students participate in legal seminar organised by Bar Council of India A legal seminar on “Young Lawyers: Transcending Legal Barriers” was organised by the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh, on Saturday at the  law  auditorium of Panjab University. LLB & BA. LLB students of Aryans College of  Law , Rajpura, Near Chandigarh participated.   Law  as an instrument of Social Change discussed at Aryans   With respect to recent trends in India, Aryans College of  Law , Rajpura, Near Chandigarh organised a Seminar on  Law  as an instrument of social change. Mrs. Jaskiran Kaur, Faculty, Aryans College of  Law  interacted with LLB & BA- LLB Students.   Kaur while interacting highlighted the importance of society as a means of change in  law  with special reference to Indian judgements and also discussed the reasons for  law  being dynamic. There is inter- relationship between  law  and social order by defining these separately, quoting the definition of  law  as given by Austin that is ‘ Law  is command of sovereign backed by sanction’, asserted Kaur.
