 Bar Association, Patiala & Aryans College, Rajpura organizes a seminar on Cyber Security

Cyber security” was discussed in a seminar jointly organized by Aryans College of Law, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh &  Bar Association, Patiala. Adv Manvir S. Tiwana, President, Bar Association, Patiala & Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh graced the occasion as special guest. Dr. Anuj Kumar, Subject Expert & Faculty, Panjab University, Chandigarh, was the keynote speaker. Dr. Devinder Singla, Principal, Aryans College of Law & Prof. B S Sidhu, Registrar, Aryans Group were present. Adv Jagdish Sharma, Secretary, Bar Association was also present.

Dr. Anuj highlighted the importance of cyber security in today’s world. Cybercrime is illegal activity that uses computers, the internet, or network devices for harm. Cybercriminals can commit identity theft, phishing scams, malware, and other digital attacks. He delivered a talk on the importance of securing critical information infrastructure, endeavouring to equip participants with insights into Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) exercises.
