Distt Bar Association & Aryans organizes a seminar on “Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita” “Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS)” was discussed in a seminar jointly organized by Aryans College of Law , Rajpura, Near Chandigarh & District Bar Association, Chandigarh (UT). Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh graced the occasion as chief guest. while Adv Parminder Singh, Secretary, Distt Bar Association was Guest of Honour. Dr. Nancy Sharma, Asst. Prof., University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh was the keynote speaker. Dr. Sharma said that he Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) of 2023 replaces the existing Indian Penal Code (IPC) of 1860 as the primary penal law of India.
